10 to 1 he vetos. Whataya think? Newscoma pointed out that whatever he does it will be on the 4th anniversary of “Mission Accomplished” talk about your timing. I wanted to add the heh heh heh of Bush’s laughter, but I didn’t have any room. For anyone that read my previous installment I apologize, PMS can be a real bitch sometimes.
On the subject of the vote on Iraq concerning funding and withdrawal, the withdrawal is yet another non-binding piece of legislation.
If I was Bush, I would sign the thing then when the non-binding date came around I would laugh “heh heh heh”. Because, seriously why wouldn’t he when he could. We are still leaving the gate open on this guy. McCain didn’t make the vote, too busy campaigning I guess (what a weasel). I wish he would come out on one side or the other. He’s like a tennis match, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Gives me cramps.

In Uncategorized on April 23, 2007 at 9:06 pmDon’t you just hate strident earnest people. Like musicians & actors with causes. You know what Joe-Bob, why don’t you just pick up your guitar, your script or what have you and get back to doing what you do. Stop getting all up into things that you don’t really get. Tired of being prostelitized to by show biz morons. You care so much about global warming shut your wind tunnel. That’ll cut out some green house gases. I know you have money and a platform, but geez enough already.
Wow, can you tell that yesterday was earth day? I don’t have anything against earth day, but it just seems like one more thing I’m supposed to feel guilty about. Hell, I already feel guilty for being white, American, useing gas, eating meat & my bar tab. Why are ya’ll trying to beat me down for what kind of light bulb I use? Here’s an idea for a new holiday…American guilt day. That ought to cover ALL the bases.

In Uncategorized on April 11, 2007 at 7:39 pmTwo things of interest in Iraq right now. The International Red Cross Commitee (spelling?) states that times are only getting tougher for the average Iraqi person, apparentley (I need to go back to school) because of U.S. led military actions. The other item is a statement from U.S. military that Iran is not only supplying weopons, they are also training insurgents to use those weopons. Also in Iran news, Russia is confused by some military posturing by Iranian forces around the newly functioning nuclear “power plant”. Syria seems to also be getting in on the action ,as we all know, allowing their militias to cross the border to assist the insurgency. So yeah, I don’t think that an antibiotic is going to cure this infection. Maybe a good strong enema.

In Uncategorized on April 9, 2007 at 9:25 pmJohnny Hart of B.C. and Wizard of Id fame died at his storyboard of an apparent stroke. I hope that when I am 76 that I will still have enough mind to draw, much less still be working. So long Johnny and thanks for all the jokes.
the-ick
In Uncategorized on April 9, 2007 at 9:21 pmSpring sprung and then was knocked out by too cold temps. My little flowering vines, all dead. Caput. How depressing. So I feel a little icky today because I feel cheated by the weather. On the bright side, at least I don’t farm for a living.
