Um, no, these rights are coequal. One is just as important as the other. Funny all the sudden Las Palmas is a “saloon”. I have always called it a restaurant. But in any case, consuming alcohol and carrying a firearm is illegal. This common sense, non”retarded”, law doesn’t change that. Guess what? Thirty three states have this very same law and its never been a problem. Why will it be any different in Tennessee? Sad, you think so little of us…”Retardation in action” would be making a blog about a subject you know nothing about.

Well Kevin, like I’ve said on other sites, there’s a blurred line between bar and restaurant in my area because of the no smoking law and liquor by the drink. Also drinking and driving is also against the law, but people still do it. I imagine that carrying a pistol and having a drink will be the same way. So yes, in my opinion this law is retarded.
